1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Cybergine, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. AI Limitations & Liability

Cybergine uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI generation may produce inaccurate or "hallucinated" information.
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI configurations.
  • Cybergine is not liable for damages resulting from AI-generated actions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content.
  • Violate WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook Messenger policies.
  • Processing illegal or highly sensitive personal data without agreement.

4. Subscription & Billing

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not issued for partial months. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Termination

We may suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding Acceptable Use or API abuse.
